For our finance department in Stuttgart we are looking for you as Junior Controller (m/f/d).
Scope of your role
- Support the consolidation of the business area
- Ensuring Data Integrity: data validation, tracking and validating non-trade items, inter-company clockouts, etc
- Support the annual BA reporting and meeting timetable
- Controlling and reporting the head office cost centres and non-operating central reporting units
- Operating and maintaining the accounting interface between Group Finance and TSS companies
- Calculating and reporting on inter-company stock profit
- Maintaining TSS internal reporting (top customer sales system, etc)
- Flash Sales Reporting
- BPC output reporting to senior management
- System Administration: controlling access and passwords, publishing exchange rates, etc
- Providing training and helpdesk support for TSS reporting unit FDs/FCs, and liaising between them and Trelleborg Group Finance
- Coordinating and retaining the Finance area within the Business Area intranet
What defines you
- Educated to degree level, with a finance background
- Internationally recognised professional qualification desirable
- 0-2 years experience in multinational business
- Proficient English (spoken and written)
- Good technical financial abilities
- Experience of multi-site reporting systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
