About the Job
As Key accounts manager for Middle East and APAC region within our Industrial Hoses Product Area, we expect you to maintain and expand our business with existing customers, as well as developing new profitable industry niches/segments to expand our customer portfolio and growing in sales and profitability according to product area Mission/Vision and targets.
The successful candidate will report to the Product Area Director.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
Find opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts. Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities in order to increase share of wallet
Conduct market research to identify new industry segments. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate these segments and acquire new customers. Trigger product development projects collaborating with Product Management and R&D
Coordinate teams in Middle East and APAC to ensure customer needs are met as well as sales and profitability targets.
As Sales accelerator, you should have a passion for developing the business while remaining focused on the customer satisfaction. You should understand customer needs and communicate this effectively, be a consultative sales professional with a collaborative team mentality and be able to effectively engage and collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and Engineering.
This role will require you to travel frequently in your region, and will be home based.
