The Role
As a Sales Coordinator within our team, you will be the linchpin of our sales operations, providing indispensable support to our sales force and ensuring the seamless execution of our sales strategy. This role demands a meticulous approach to coordinating sales activities, administrative tasks, and communication efforts, ensuring a smooth interface between our internal teams and our esteemed clientele. This position offers the chance to contribute to our success without the requirement of travel, enabling you to focus on improving our sales operations and processes from wherever you are.

Key Responsibilities
·      Sales Support: Act as an essential support for the sales team, overseeing daily operations, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
·      Data Management: Maintain accurate, comprehensive records of sales transactions and customer information.
·      Communication: Ensure effective communication within the sales team and with external partners.
·      Documentation and Planning: Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
·      CRM & Inventory Management: Utilize CRM systems for customer management, coordinate with the supply chain to ensure inventory levels meet customer demands.
·      Sales Analysis: Conduct detailed sales analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
·      Meeting and Event Coordination: Plan and organize sales meetings and events.
·      Logistic & finance Support: collaborate closely with the finance team to manage order intake and logistics, ensuring seamless integration of shipping processes. Additionally, serve as a reliable backup for the logistics team when they are unavailable, maintaining uninterrupted operations and support.
 
Qualifications
·      A solid foundation in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Vocational or BSc level).
·      3-5 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator role or similar capacity.
·      Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
·      Excellent command of English, with proficiency in Danish as an advantageous addition.
