About the Job

At Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, we're seeking a talented Digital Solutions D365 Service & Support Engineer to ensure the smooth functioning of our Dynamics 365 applications. Your expertise in CRM, EDI, infrastructure, and lifecycle management will be invaluable. Key to success in this role are teamwork, problem-solving, analytical skills, customer focus, and a passion for continuous improvement.
 

Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
    • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
    • Investigate and resolve application issues efficiently.
    • Maintain updated work instructions for systems.
    • Document FAQs, known issues, and best practices for quick issue resolution.
    • Assist in creating training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
    • Provide support for D365 and other system issues, ensuring business continuity.
    • Ensure consistent master data management.
    • Aid in transitioning entities to centralized EDI services.
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

Who are you?

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems, or have the equivalent experience. A Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification would be beneficial, showcasing your dedication to progress.

Your background includes hands-on experience in D365 and business application support, troubleshooting, or a similar role. You possess a strong grasp of application architectures, ERP processes, and database management.

Your problem-solving and analytical skills make you invaluable for resolving complex issues efficiently. With excellent communication and teamwork abilities, you collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and clients.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with ease while maintaining a high standard of work. Your positive attitude, dedication to learning, and passion for customer service ensure consistently exceptional results. We think that you are detail-oriented at the same time as handling diverse tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to achieve optimal outcomes.
