We are looking for a Manufacturing Data Collection Systems Technician to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our global manufacturing data collection systems and responsibility involves providing essential support for server systems, with a specific emphasis on KepserverEX or similar technologies.
Scope of Your Role:
- You have to provide hands-on support for server systems and collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve server-related challenges.
- You need to develop a solid understanding of KepserverEX and similar technologies, emphasizing practical application in a manufacturing environment.
- You will be responsible for routine maintenance activities to prevent system downtime.
- You should work with monitoring tools to track system performance.
- Your contribution to maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems, configurations etc.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field .
- 1 to 2 Years of experience in Enterprise system installations.
- Experience with server system support and basic understanding of KepserverEX or similar technologies used for OT data collection.
- Strong IT troubleshooting skills.
Must Have Skills:
- Identify and resolve server operational problems
- Monitoring server operating systems, emphasis on Windows Server OS
- Understanding and experience in configuring and deploying Enterprise grade software systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and document current state installation issues to support the Analyst in troubleshooting .
