Within the Business Unit Antivibration Solutions (AVS) we are developing and producing rubber-metal parts with approx. 750 employees across 8 sites worldwide. Our products are used in various areas, such as agricultural and construction machinery, wind turbines, general industry, marine applications and rail vehicles. Our innovation department consists of 5 engineers and deals with the development of new, innovative solutions, research and groundbreaking customer projects.

About the Job

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles around the globe in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, proven experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to build strong relation and to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
Your expertise ensures that we have the right people on board to drive our success forward.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for our candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
  • Use online channels (such as social platforms and professional networks) to source potential candidates.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact details, by using scorecards.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that align with each position’s requirements.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of international recruitment experience (Europe & Asia)
  • Proficient understanding of recruitment processes and tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English 
  • German language at min B2 level
  • Ability to meet targets, coupled with the capacity to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  •  
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
