YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
- Running and leading project teams and conducting regular team meetings.
- Budget, time and personnel planning as well as regular target/actual comparison.
- Planning, preparation and alignment of project reports and project presentations.
- Planning, scheduling, reviewing and, if needed, correcting all project activities using MS Project.
- Preparation and execution of feasibility studies, risk assessments and handling of appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Planning and organizing of all internal and external communications.
- Overall project responsibility from feasibility analysis to post project support
- Implementation and further development of the entire project management according to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Completed technical studies
- Experience in the field of processing polymer materials, project and quality management
- Experience in assembling and leading teams and employees
- Confident handling of all common Microsoft Office products
- Proficient written and spoken Slovenian and English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in creating and presenting project plans
- High level of dedication and eager to learn
- Analytical thinking and willingness to get involved in application issues
- Innovative thinking, reliability and engagement
- Enthusiasm and an outstanding team motivation
- Prepared to travel - 2/3 days within Europe, if required from time to time
