About the Job
The HRBP will support Boots BU HR Director in handling HR activities for Carquefou site (110 employees).
This generalist position includes various activities related to functional areas such as benefit administration, employee relations, unions relationship management, performance management, onboarding, HR policy implementation, etc.
The HRBP will be responsible to build an effective working relationship with staff at all levels, providing advice and direction on a range of HR policies and HR related issues, and ensuring effective communication.

About the Ideal Candidate
University degree (Master 2) in Human Resources or Business school or IEP diploma with HR specialization
0-3 years in an HR Support role
Previous exposure to industry sector is a plus
