As Account Manager OE for the Agri and construction tires you are responsible for the sales of tires to OE customers under the direction of the Sales Director OE. Your focus is on maintaining existing customer relationships in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. You also do prospecting.

Your tasks include the following:

  • Develops a sales strategy for specific OE (new /existing) customers that ensures that the company's sales target and profitability are achieved
  • Provides timely, accurate and competitive pricing proposition to new/existing customers.
  • Identifies new business opportunities within the assigned OE segment.
  • Be aware of the latest update of marketing information: industry, customer, and competitor analysis
  • Track new product development
  • Build customer relationships and strategic partnerships, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of our products in line with customer forecast.
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers
  • Assisting and collaborating with all marketing activities
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments within the company
  • You provide technical feedback and monitor product performance.
  • You work together with the colleague’s customer service for the administrative follow-up.

Your profile:

  • You have a bachelor diploma and/or can present minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the agricultural sector sales experience.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch English (both oral and written) knowledge of French is a plus;
  • You have proven skill and experience in using operational business software
  • Ability to read and understand technical prints is preferred.
  • You are planning-savvy and have the ability to follow up – delivering results, the ability to manage complexity and work under pressure and see problem-solving.
  • You have an excellent customer focus and understanding of total customer satisfaction.
  • You can work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent people knowledge and skills for building relationships.
