The Person who will be employed on this position will be responsible for:
- Contact with customers on technical issues and coordination of new product launches through inquiry, quotation, design and serial production
- Preparation & control of project timing plans & APQP responsibility
- Monitor & review products life cycle & identify future opportunity in line with business strategy
- Supporting internal changes to deliver profitable growth, in particular in improved product and service offerings
- Coordinating with other departments on new product introduction
- Support of relevant organizational KPIs
- Support of external customers whenever necessary – very proactive approach desired
Candidate profile for experienced people:
- Strong English language skills required
- Higher education with engineering discipline knowledge
- Good communication skills, in order to establish and maintain good relationship with customers
- Ability to work very independently and being self driven
- Ability to conduct meetings & presentations in a multinational environment
- Commitment to innovation
- CAD software basic skills needed
Additional candidate advantages, that will be considered
- Experience with contracts’ negotiations
- Knowledge of the polymers processing area
- Interest and passion in the approach to solving technical problems
- Working skills in MRP systems
