About the job
He is responsible for supporting the local factory management in the implementation of all the continuous improvement projects related to either buildings & infrastructures, process flow, production work-centers and tools. The aim of the above-mentioned activities is the full implementation of a strong and persistent 5S and TPM, in line with the most relevant examples of World Class Manufacturing. He works in direct contact with BA ME Manager as well as plant management to provide skills development and coaching on ME techniques and Lean Kaizen events.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Preparation, supervision, and completion of Continuous-Improvement projects in selected factories
- Contributing to business change as a member of the Business Area Improvement team
- Conducts a detailed analysis of the current situation and accurately describes the issues
- Improves policies, procedures, and processes,
Competencies
Continuous-improvement certification at the Green-Belt level
Ability to self-motivate and work independently
Communication and presentation skills
Key requirements
- Fluent in English language
- University degree in science, engineering, management, or college degree in industrial engineering, technology, or science.
