GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing all HR operational activities associated with the management of the Kranj plant and office.

Developing relations with trade union as well as with all employees. Supporting the Plant and functional leaders with relevant HR tools needed for business success. Working with BA HR to implement and measure HR strategy success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving the implementation and application across the site of HR policies and processes
  • Supporting in managing the Trade Unions relations with the repre­sentatives of the plant; contribute to the effective management of Labor Relations liaising by regularly providing updates, facilitating the communication process through the organization on specific topics
  • Coordinating all personnel administration activities regarding the management of the payroll process (e.g. timesheet management and all relevant administrative documents) – leading 1 HR administrator
  • Supporting managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues
  • Helping local management to align their operations and employee capabilities to the overall strategic directions and the mid/longterm needs of the local operations
  • Ensure a positive work culture by helping drive employee engage­ment initiatives in line with the core values of the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION…)

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant working experience in Human Resources area of minimally 5 years,
  • Proven generalist HR experience, with great understanding and practical application of local employment legislative framework,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • English language is a must,
  • Proven ability to navigate and manage employee relations issues,
  • Ability to identify development needs and suggest appropriate resource sand solutions,
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix structure organizational relationships. Confident in collaborating and communicate with multiple stakeholder.
