Being part of the Trelleborg Group Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is a leading global supplier of polymer-based sealing solutions. We support aerospace, industrial and automotive customers through over 20 production facilities and more than 40 marketing companies globally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer enquiry handling
- Customer order management
- Resolving customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Coordinate with customers about dispatches, Prepare ASN in the web portal
- Coordination with internal department for material planning & deliveries
- Follow up on overdue payments, feedback for submitted quotes, schedules, etc
- For any other duties assigned from time to time
Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Order handling and Planning
- Graduate /Postgraduate in any stream.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Well versed in ERP / CRM systems
- Knowledge in Microsoft tools like Excel, word, etc..
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
