La risorsa, inserita nell’area Finance e Controllo di Gestione della Business Area Trelleborg Coated Systems (TCS), supporterà direttamente il BU PS Finance and IT Director nello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:
- analisi di profittabilità utili al business, sotto la supervisione del Controller e con il supporto degli strumenti esistenti (SAP BPC; Strategy Tool);
- reporting e data collection.
Avrà inoltre occasione di interfacciarsi con altre funzioni aziendali (in particolare Marketing, Sales e Operations), oltre che di interagire direttamente con il team corporate.
Svilupperà nuovi tool di reporting e analisi (Tableau de Board, Reporting Automation) da affiancare o sostituire a quelli attualmente in uso.
La risorsa, tramite formazione on the job, imparerà ad utilizzare sistemi di controllo di gruppo, sperimenterà tecniche di controllo e di reporting, approfondirà il ruolo delle strutture e dei processi lavorativi relativi all’organizzazione aziendale.
Il tirocinio è finalizzato a formare una giovane risorsa per una futura assunzione all'interno del team Finance e Controlling della nostra Business Area Coated Systems, presente in 8 Paesi nel mondo ed avente il Suo Headquarter a Lodi Vecchio (LO).
Profilo del Candidato
Laurea magistrale in Economia, Matematica o Ingegneria gestionale.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Power Point ed Excel, e del software Access.
La risorsa ideale è dotata di forte interesse per i temi Finance e Controlling, voglia di imparare, approccio proattivo, flessibilità, curiosità, nonché capacità di lavorare in team.
