The Jr. IT Support Analyst will provide essential support to the EISA IT Run and Maintain Lead in monitoring and handling tickets across all applications under EISA´s responsibility. The analyst will take charge of various user security-related tickets, including onboarding, offboarding, permissions change, and password resets. Additionally, it will be responsible for building and updating work instructions, as well as creating articles in our knowledge base area to provide effective guidance to the business on recurring issues and tickets. They will also support the processing and updating of reports to support audits for user control for the EISA applications.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ticket application for all EISA supported queues
  • Tickets fulfilment for user setup (on/offboarding, change role requests and password fixing) for all EISA supported applications
  • Perform ticket triage, including end-user education
  • Develop and maintain work instructions
  • Develop and maintain Knowledge Base Articles
  • Manage the Audit Reports Process efficiently
  • Support EISA IT Run and Maintain Lead with initiatives to improve ticket process flow as well as the business user experience
  • Support stakeholders in understanding their requirements and concerns

Education and Experience:

  • BS or BA degree required.
  • At least 1 year experience in an IT Support Role desired
  • Microsoft office package experience desired (word, excel, power point)
  • Ticket System knowledge as ServiceNow/OTRS welcome
  • JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience welcome.
  • Understanding of ITIL concepts welcome.
