About the Job

We are looking for external sales, business development and account management professionals with experience in diverse segments like Industrial automation, Automotive and off highway, Fluid Power, Healthcare & Pharma as well as in Distribution and Channel Management to support our ambitious growth and investment plans. About the Ideal Candidate

  • Technical degree or equivalent or BPharm for Healthcare & Pharma segment. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Between 2 and 10 years of experience in Business Development and / or sales in high performance engineered products
  • Customer orientation and a proactive can-do attitude with good technical / commercial skills. Understanding of technical drawings and terminology and analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of engineered rubber / plastic products, seals, and bearings is an advantage.
  • Preferred with experience from industries like seals, hydraulics, bearings, polymers etc.

Scope of your role

  • Increase Trelleborg's Brand Awareness and market penetration.
  • Achieve Sales and Profit targets according to the defined territory and goals.
  • Pursue sales leads with new and existing customers; Generate and convert opportunities for new customers.
  • Build customer relationships and strategic partnerships to deliver value for the company’s products and services.
  • Manage commercials, sales deliverables and negotiate contracts with the customer.
  • Provide market feedback to identify trends in order to further improve our sealing portfolio.
