We are looking for a Segment Head - Fluid Power Hydraulics to join our Sales Team in Customer Solution Center located at Bangalore. The position will focus on ensuring the profitable growth in identified Key accounts of the region and promote entire range of products offered by the company in these key accounts. We expect high quality standards with attention to details and the desire to push these standards day by day.

Scope of your role:

  • Responsible for preparation of long term & short-term business plan for revenue generation for the Fluid Power Hydraulics segment PAN India.
  • Responsible for building and developing new customers in the Fluid Power Hydraulic segment.
  • Responsible for monitoring and mentoring a team of Business Development Engineer for the Fluid Power Hydraulic segment.
  • Responsible for identifying market and competitive trends.
  • Responsible for developing and refining relevant business value propositions to match these trends, as well as, developing marketing strategies and programs to drive growth in the Fluid Power Hydraulic segment.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level.
  • Responsible to maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS.
  • Responsible for individual as well as team target

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
  • 15 years of experience in handling the Sales & Marketing with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s)
  • Strong knowledge of business sales and marketing practices
  • Knowledge of cylinder manufacturers who service the tractor / construction equipment OEM’s .
  • In depth business development experience in handling the tractor and construction equipment OEM’s.
  • Team player as he or she needs to work with TSS Sales teams pan India, Application Engineering and other internal teams, to develop business
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate proactive, positive and collaborative mindset
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Marketing & Communication Team, Trelleborg India Sales Team and Application Engineering Team.
  • Strong Personality with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent in time-management
