To join our new Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Central Demand Planning Team, we are searching for professional who are results-driven and passionate about developing their field-specific expertise. As a demand planner, your major responsibility is to create, manage, and improve a demand plan as well as evaluate requirements to meet customer requests while taking into account complexity and changing conditions.
Scope of your role
- Participation in Demand Review and contribute to S&OP cycle and run a monthly validation meeting and alignment with the GM
- Support Sales in in Building a Sales Forecast (Define FC Strategies, Run Statistic for local items, Harmonize and Standardize FC processes)
- Validate Sales Plan and run weekly adjustments (FC vs. Order Intake)
- Assure that sales forecast for new products are put into the system and forecast of EOL is removed. Share information with SCM
- Work closely with Centralized Master Planner on demand and supply issues at the mix level and support in allocation decisions
What defines you
- Fluent English
- Communicative & Data affinity
- Independent working
- Business Analyst knowledges (Reporting, Data Analysis), ideally IBM Cars/Cognos, TM1 or similar and for sure Excel, Power BI
- Demand Planning Background
- Forecasting, Statistical Models and Methods, Forecast Accuracy and Bias analysis
- SAP S4 Hana (Line of Business knowledge - Sales, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Procurement)
