What’s the challenge?

What is happening in your market and how can we distinguish ourselves? Questions we must act on daily and that’s where you come in.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you translate our product possibilities to customer-based solutions. As the linking pin to the market, you perfectly adapt to the (end)customers vision and strategy and be the source of ideas, inspiration and technical mentorship related to rubber sealing solutions. You initiate projects and together with colleagues from design engineering you build a customer specific product solution that aligns to what adds long term value. Your main goal is to actively build and manage relationships all over the supply chain.

You are responsible for handling the full cycle sales process from lead to order. Because you collaborate closely with your customers you can allocate pitfalls from the beginning and swiftly adept to the evolving environment. Your role has a large networking component to understand the nature and the potential of the projects. You will be working together with different partners such as clients, consultants, suppliers, industry bodies, contractors etc.). You craft your approach strategy yourself and here’s where you can be creative since there are many unexplored paths we can take to mingle with the market.

Who are you?
You are open, pragmatic, proactive and a networker by nature. You connect easily with people on all levels, and you are culture sensitive. You breathe project management, and you switch from a technical to a business focused approach in an instant. You think global and act local knowing your markets well (and they know you).

What do you bring?

  • Technical bachelor for example Engineering, Civil Engineering, mechanical engineering or similar. A business degree combined with experience in a production environment can be an option too.
  • Location USA, availability to travel up to 50% of your time continental. Occasional travel to Europe and/or Asia
  • Validated experience in a similar role and able to demonstrate a successful track record
  • A high level of technical understanding related to tailor made infrastructural projects (steel and concrete applications for example)
  • Experience with infrastructural projects in contractor or engineering context
