Summary of role:
In this role the individual selected will drive the following:
• Define scope for implementation of CAD (Computer Aided Design) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions.
• Re-engineer existing products to improve overall performance based upon user input.
• Interaction with global business stakeholders.
• Establish new solutions based on previous experience and best practice and identify opportunities to simplify applications
and business processes.
• Assist with standardizing business processes.
• Translate business requirements and into solutions, based on industry best practices.
• Analyze data to determine and correct root cause of errors, problems.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Administration of Teamcenter, including license management, Teamcenter Installation, Configuration, Deployments, maintenance and update Teamcenter patches.
- Independently work to implement enhancements.
- Interact with business for important and impactful projects.
- End user & customer satisfaction with current business process, including ITAR classified technical documentation.
- Perform functional analysis and/or define functional requirements
- Document functionality and create application manual of existing application process flows and monitor and promote best PLM practices across TSS
- Support users / key users in functional area through an established Service Desk / ticketing system, concentrating on the incident and problem resolution. Execute end user training for appropriate areas
- Work as part of project team to deliver on the scope defined in the project.
- Expertise with Siemens Teamcenter and NX product configuration.
- Proficiency in batch & shell scripting.
- Ability and willingness to develop new tools & web applications that help the CAD community.
- Continuously improve and optimize system architectural elements for enhanced performance and scalability.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related discipline required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 1 to 3 years of Information Technology or Engineering experience.
- Experience in Teamcenter and NX projects strongly preferred.
- Knowledge about Siemens Teamcenter Architecture & Data model.
- Knowledge of Solidworks and SWIM integration.
- Experience handling projects and implementing successfully.

- Role is a global role with scope including all TSS sites.
- Day and overnight travel up to 25% may be required to domestic & international locations.
The preferred location is Fort Wayne, Indiana. Candidates located near other Trelleborg Sealing Solutions US offices may be considered.
