We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Research & Project Analyst - Digital Business Services, at our Global MarCom & Digital Services which is located at Electronic city in Bangalore.

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is a leading global supplier of polymer-based critical sealing solutions deployed in demanding general industry, light vehicle and aerospace environments.
About the Role:
The position is an Individual contributor role responsible for all the Research work pertaining to latest technologies, trends in the Digital area.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support creation of new engineering tools & services (concept, function definitions, etc.).
- Subproject management in the development of web based or mobile engineering tools.
- Research and analyze the market for the direction of further development of engineering tools or digital services.
- Research and analyze the market for Innovation and strategic decisions in disruptive business models and smart products.
- Research and analyze the market for content for our digital services and coordinate small research teams.
- Lead in the development and implementation of special projects in support of Research Services outreach efforts.
- Utilizes desk top publishing software to prepare various statistical and narrative reports for print and/or distribution or directs others in utilizing software.
Education and Experience:
- University Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4-5 years of practical experience as an engineer or as a research analyst (preferable in a Web related environment).
- Experience with driving (pre) lead-qualification and reporting on a regional or global scale.
- Broad knowledge of digital services and IT related topics (in engineering or technical environment would be an asset).
- Minimum 5 years of qualified work experience.
- Advanced IT skills, MS Office, image editing, plus, good understanding of modern web technology, databases and web-based data integration.
- Experience with concept creation and visualization / UI design of web-based tools.
- Creative mind with strong analytical skills.
- International work experience would be an asset.
- Excellent command on English.
