Learning & Development Advisor

Job Overview

Responsible for handling recruitments, training and development and performance management of the organization to attract, recruit and develop employees through effective talent management strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

 

 

Education/ Attributes

  • Should possess a Degree in Management or Social Sciences or a Professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute
  • Holding a master’s degree or an accredited qualification in finance would be an added advantage
  • Excellent skills in English (both verbal & written) with ability to handle independent correspondence
  • Energetic and innovative individual with out of the box thinking and presentation skills 

 

Responsibilities

  • Cooperating with the managers to identify the training needs for their teams
  • Implementing learning strategies as well as delivering training programs
  • Working with external and internal trainers and vendors to deliver the training plans
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs
  • Managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles while helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and vacancy adverts
  • Creating awareness and enhancing the company image in the job market to attract talent and strengthen the work force
  • Act as the System Administrator and the local contact for the performance management & Human Resources Information System

 

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years qualifying experience in Human Resource Development and working with Human Resources Information Systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment
