The Group Digital Services department consist of a team in Trelleborg (Sweden) and a team in Bangalore (India).
One of our main responsibilities is to help to improve the efficiency and productivity of the business. We are now increasing our output and to meet delivery excellence goals, we are looking for experienced developers to join our team and help to enhance our Cloud Solutions journey going forward.
This challenge will require proven ability to develop applications based on cloud solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Delivery - Own all aspects of development for the project - coding, code reviews, unit tests and code quality
- Technology - Demonstrate technical excellence and quality focus while working on sprint user stories by minimizing or eliminating bugs per user story delivered
- Process - Develop and demonstrate deep competency in Agile/SCRUM delivery process
- Quality - Demonstrate an uncompromising "Quality First" focus and mentor development engineers on the Quality First mindset
- Innovation - Demonstrate commitment to innovation by actively learning and implementing new technical tools / methods or approaches and showcasing them to the team and other stakeholders
- Continuous improvement - Constantly seek to improve the current process
Profile
- Bachelor/master’s degree with information technology background or equivalent
- At-least 3 years of experience in Information Technology industry working with Microsoft platform-based solutioning
- At-least 3 years of development experience with the following technologies: SharePoint Framework using ReactJS, C#.NET, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, CSOM, REST
- Solid experience in SharePoint Online/Azure services, deployments, configuration and troubleshooting
- Solid experience in Front-End frameworks/Libraries such as ReactJS, HTML5, Office UI Fabric
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps, Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Ability to translate functional requirements into high-quality SharePoint/O365 solutions, using a range of technologies to achieve the best performance, scalability and maintainability
- Experience working with Agile (Scrum) project team development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
