The Sales Engineer (SE) will assist Healthcare business growth by developing Biopharmaceutical and Biotechnology business development activities. A techno-Commercial role with good understanding of bio-pharma market and ability to establish the Trelleborg Bio-Pharma products Range.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Promote and establish TSS Standard/customized products to targeted Pharmaceuticals, Biopharma and Biotech accounts.
  • Implement TSS Global Bio Pharma Strategy to targeted accounts
  • Identify and develop potential projects in single use bio pharma system
  • Understanding of Biopharma industries global regulations and standards
  • Awareness of industry trends change and update to global team to make strategy
  • Establish rapport with multi-dimensional stake holders of targeted accounts
  • Coordination with internal, customer application and R&D team for new product developments
  • Conducting market survey and analyze competition products to materialize market strategy
  • Should explore TSS Global Applications and explore the possibility of business in TSS India
  • Support monthly reporting of department activity & performance
  • Provide Statistical reports and Recommendations to management and assists with the development of strategic plans for the department / Function.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a Pharmacy/Biotech or related field
  • 3-5 Years in B2B Pharma/Bio-Pharma Segments
  • Knowledge on Vaccine, biosimilars manufacturing process 
  • Awareness of biopharma regulatory standards and new trends
  • Relationship building with multilevel contact
  • Awareness of industry trends (FDA - United States Food and Drug Administration, GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice etc)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
