Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Spain S.A.U., the Spanish branch of the Trelleborg Group, is a leading international industrial group and is recognized as a market leader in the world of industrial sealing. To support our Customer Solution Center in Iberia we are searching for our central office in Las Rozas (Madrid) for a Internal Sales (m/f/d).

Main Responsibilities:

We offer you a new challenge in which your main responsibility will be to support customer daily activities to reach a high level of customer satisfaction and drive necessary actions to achieve company targets. Following tasks would define main internal sales activities

  • Ensuring high customer service by processing customer inquiries, orders, quotes under defined timeframe
  • Being in touch with customers to follow up quotations and customer activities
  • Collaborate with external sales team to expand the business in existing customers and also explore the market to find new opportunities
  • Being update in the usage of all the tools and systems to increase efficiency
  • Track orders to ensure on time delivery


As Internal Sales you should have

  • University degree or FPII and good technical understanding
  • At least 3 years of experience in an internal sales department selling industrial or plastic products
  • High computer skills, MS Office, CRM. SAP would be an important plus
  • Passion to interact with people and willing to challenge the “status quo”
  • You should be able to communicate both English and Spanish, Portuguese is welcome


  • Several weeks of familiarization with your new tasks and continuous training program
  • Be part of a market leader and work in a highly motivated team with vast experience in the sealing business
  • You will get to know our company, your contacts, and our structures, challenging, multifaceted and interdisciplinary field of activities
