We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional HR Business Partner, located at our Cadley Hill site in Swadlingcote. 

 This role will partner two sites – TSS Cadley and TSS Solihull in delivering the groups People Agenda by providing innovative, fit for purpose solutions that supports the business to attract, develop and retain the best talent. The role will be the conduit to influence and support change in the business and partner with the operational and functional teams, whilst reporting into the HR Director in the UK and the wider HR team.

At a high level you will:

Take ownership of the HR People Strategy and ensure that people initiatives are developed and implemented.   Your focus will be on managing change and helping to drive continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders in the business, overseeing all aspects of the HR (projects and lifecycle) e.g. managing positive change, engagement and performance management, talent and succession planning.
  • Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle e.g. recruitment, induction, casework, health and well-being, management information, learning and development
  • Identify and support the business to successfully deliver credible, customer focused, cost effective and innovative solutions using a range of techniques e.g. recruitment, learning and development
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection and information security

 

Candidate profile:

 You will have a continuous improvement approach with a “can do” attitude. You will be passionate in supporting current and future business needs with the voice of the customer at the forefront. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the opportunity to challenge opinions when required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to change.

 Qualifications and Experience:

A recent graduate in a related field or CIPD accredited combined with relevant practical experience. Leadership capabilities and demonstrable knowledge of employment legislation and its application. Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change. An unwavering ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and tact. Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
