We are looking for a SAP SALES CLOUD - CRM Manager (m/f/d) (m/f/d) to join our CX Applications Team in Stuttgart, Germany to keep on developing SAP C4C and drive global system and process improvements.

Scope of your role

  • Technical conception and implementation of business requirements in C4C 
  • Review C4C releases to identify and implement system and process improvements
  • Technical feasibility studies and implementation of Change Requests in close collaboration with Enterprise Business Processes as well as Technical Services (SAP SALES CLOUD)
  • Issue handling within the scope of 2nd and 3rd level application support
  • Analyze data to determine the root cause of errors and problems, document existing and future implementations
  • Lead team and manage direct reports 
  • Align implementation of CRM system closely with ERP system and related applications to ensure seamless execution of business processes and improvement of system interfaces, contributing to a modernized and consolidated application landscape
  • Advice on training to ensure application support and end-user application knowledge beyond the implementation itself
  • Manage resource allocation including adjustments based on emerging business and technical challenges and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes with a view to removing complexity from the organization

What defines you

  • Degree in Information Technology or comparable
  • Proficient in SAP Sales Cloud scoping and programming
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Solid presentation and moderation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability of entrepreneurial thinking
  • Capable of communicating on different levels up
  • Ability to lead, provide vision and strategic leadership
  • Interest in supporting the international community
  • Fluent in English and ideally one other language
