Summary of the role:
The quality management specialist is responsible for customer acceptance (first article inspection) and the recording and processing of quality inquiries / complaints. Both tasks are carried out in close communication with the customer. In order to ensure "one face to the customer", this is brought together in the task of "Quality Management Specialist".
