Would you like to define & implement marketing programs for a whole Business Unit? This role will focus on the development of positioning, content plans, sales enablement, and leading campaign architecture

The position also contributes to the strategic assessment of new products, solutions & innovation by prioritizing and translating market & customer needs into differentiated value propositions. The Marketing Specialist will also work closely with R&D, Product Management, Sales and colleagues in the global Marketing & Communication team to develop and deliver high-impact marketing messaging and to help launch products and solutions in our defined markets

You will be part of a small, tight-knit team of like-minded marketers.

Your Tasks:

  • Serve as a marketing subject matter authority to enable the sales team to optimally understand the customer buying journey and articulate the value of our products and solutions
  • Transform strategies and goals into an effective marketing plan and activities that create opportunities for increased sales and new business
  • Work with sales and marketing in implementation of our marketing strategy through the development of initiatives that will help deliver leads to the business
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of the content marketing plan supporting the customer journeys and marketing campaigns, across a range of formats
  • Work with internal and external partners to orchestrate the execution of awareness and lead generation campaigns and programs using digital marketing channels including email, nurture programs, search marketing, digital advertising and social media along with offline activities such as customer events and conferences
  • Responsible for marketing automation, digital advertising related to PA specific campaigns
  • Responsible for analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver useful insights and recommendations
  • Responsible for all messaging, positioning & content creation for PA specific marketing and sales enablement
  • Becoming a domain expert for customer use cases and industries through market research and close collaboration with sales to understand their challenges, solutions and business needs
  • Help define optimized website content to provide an engaging user experience
  • Create customer case studies

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or comparable
  • 3-5+ years of shown expertise in aspects of product marketing, go to market planning and execution, media, promotional tactics and campaign execution
  • Comfortable and experienced in marketing and developing content for technical products and services, and communicating the benefits of engineering solutions & products
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Commercial mind with ability to develop marketing initiatives to drive business results
  • Proven track record of working effectively with senior leadership, as well as teams in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment, often virtually
  • Experience in working on projects across multiple geographies
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal mentorship and supervision
  • Strong ability to focus and structure your work
  • Experience from manufacturing, industrial or construction industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English is a requirement (skills in German is meritorious)
  • Willingness to travel ~5%
