We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Manufacturing Support Engineer to provide manufacturing engineering support for current processes and to evaluate and provide solutions for new product introductions.
Duties and Responsibilities include
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and Manufacturing excellence/ 6Sigma projects;
- Improve process yields and machine uptime;
- Lead qualification and introduction of new processes and machines in the manufacturing area;
- Optimize tool design to improve productivity and yield.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering;
- Proactive, practical, and hands-on approach;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ideally also Maltese;
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Be able to work in a team and maintain relationships both internal and external;
