The role
As Group Brand & Marketing Manager at Trelleborg you are responsible for managing, building and strengthening the group brand equity as a way to strengthen a positive and reliable perception across stakeholders and support customer lead generation.
You will work closely with Trelleborg Group Functions and brand/marketing responsible colleagues within the Business Areas globally.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain, develop and activate our multi-brand strategy (focus on master brand Trelleborg though) across key stakeholders and channels
• Secure efficient brand governance and compliance across channels
• Maintain and develop supporting brand and marketing tools, templates, processes, forums etc
• Manage Brand Portal, Global Gift Shop, Sponsorship, HQ Showroom
• Support Employer Brand and Sustainability communication
• Support selected external and internal events
Your background
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
• Relevant academic background, such as Communications, Digital Marketing or Business administration
• Minimum 4- 5 years’ brand and marketing experience from an international multicultural business is required
• Equally at ease working with digital or “traditional” brand and marketing tools
• Familiarity with current trends and practices in the global brand and marketing area
• Experience managing projects, including defining scope, managing budgets, driving deliverables and meeting deadlines
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Experience from working in the Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
• Previous experience from working within Sharepoint (building and maintaining pages) is an advantage
• Superior command of English (spoken and written) and other languages is an advantage

• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and leaders at all levels
• Consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority – being recognized as the ”go-to” trusted advisor on all brand and marketing questions
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to “connect the dots” between the business needs and how to best meet those needs
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Flexible and comfortable to roll-up your sleeves, used to being hands-on and deep dive as needed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to communicate with different stakeholders in different cultural contexts, both externally and internally
• Excellent inter-personal skills required
