About the Job
As the General Ledger and Payroll specialist your responsibilty will be to ensure that journals are posted, accounts are reconciled and that company reporting deadline are met with accurate data.

Tasks and Responsibilities |
|
|
- Accruate reporting into BPC for the legal entities processed in India - Balance Sheet reconciliation - Reconcilation of the bank statements for the legal entities being processed in India - Payroll for companies under legal entites processed by India (with certain exceptions) - Processing month end journals - Processing payments through the different bank accounts - To undertake additional ad hoc duties under the direction of line manager in line with the needs of the business - Help with annual audits - To undertake additional ad hoc duties under the direction of line manager in line with the needs of the business |

Education and Experience |
|
|
· Proven experience in operational transactions · At least 4 years of experience of accounting and reporting, preferably in an international environment. · Fluent in English · University Degree/ Chartered Accountant · Knowledgeable in use of ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics · Experience of working in an international company using IFRS is a plus
