IND - Bangalore

Responsible for the maintenance and further development of the TSS Academy in the Learning Zone – our Learning Management System. Some major changes need to be coordinated and aligned with Group Talent Management. The technical implementation needs to be coordinated with the Digital Solutions Team.

Modernize the system based on latest trends but focused on TSS demands. Use the system to support informal learning, to build communities and to create learning rooms. Individualize the learning for the users based on their job roles and interest. Enhance the Learning Plan solution in alignment with Group Talent Management.  

Part of the responsibilities is also to provide editor training and support to our editors and trainers on a regular basis.

Analyzing system reports and put together user figure reports for the trainers as well as for the Management.  

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver editor trainings.
  • Provide user support for all different levels: to editors, trainers and to the Global Training Management team.
  • Get and analyze training and e-Learning reports and summarize them for trainers and the Management.
  • Enhance existing reports to simply it and to make it more meaningful.
  • Create learning rooms and communities and activate members to deliver content.
  • Promote the Learning Zone and it’s features
  • Enhance the Learning Plans aligned with Group Talent Management
  • Support trainers in define proper learning and business objectives.
  • Support the Global Corporate Trainer and the Global Technical Trainer with their trainings in the Learning Zone
  • Implement new features, based on TSS demands to support trainers and learners.
  • Strategically develop the Learning Zone based on our Global Training Management strategy.
  • 1st Level User Support

Profile

  • Graduate or Post Graduate  from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum  5 years of experience in Learning Management Systems, preferably Totora or Moodle.
  • Good communication skills with a knowledge while seeking/providing assistance.
  • Strong English writing skills.
  • Good decision making skills on how to solve problems independently.
  • Good knowledge in Totora or Moodle.
  • Good knowledge on current trends of the LMS market.
