Being part of the Trelleborg Group, Trelleborg Pipe Seals is a leading supplier of pipe sealing solutions, manufacturing and supplying polymer-based sealing solutions for drinking water, drainage and sewerage pipeline systems.
Summary of the role
In this role of Financial Administrator, you will primarily focus on Accounts Payable and be involved in projects to improve the use of the ERP system. Since we are on the eve of migrating to a new ERP system you will also contribute to that and related projects.
About the ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- General knowledge of accounting principles, Dutch GAAP and IFRS, required
- Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- Minimum 2-year general accounting experience
- Experience in ERP implementation preferred
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for proper and solid Accounts Payable administration
- Prepare payment runs
- Spend analysis and reporting
- Contribute to improvement projects
- Assist in ERP implementation
- Assist in the annual audit
- Assist the Financial Controller in various topics
