About the Job

  • Coach and counsel industrial and administrative employees in a HR Generalist function
  • Support and advise managers and employees in all HR-related matters
  • Be part of the international HR team of the business unit and take over international HR projects
  • Implementation of employee measures according to the tariff agreement and works council constitution act
  • Steer recruitment process and conduct candidate interviews
  • Collaboration with the works council
  • Support the vocational training
  • HR Reporting

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required
  • Significant (at least 3 years) experience in a HR generalist role, ideally within an industrial branch on a production site
  • Excellent knowledge of German Labor Law and the Works Council Constitution Act (BetrVG)
  • Experience in collaborating with the works council
  • Experience in recruiting and in interviewing candidates
  • Team player, good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to interface at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in German and English (verbal and written)
