Trelleborg Sealing Solutions India joined the Trelleborg Group in 2005. We have an Information Technology (IT) Division in Trelleborg which consists of a team in Trelleborg (Stuttgart) and a team in Bangalore (India) to support the internal IT requirements of Trelleborg.
The IT Division in Bangalore is looking for an E-Learning Developer. The person suited for this role must at-least have 3-5 years of IT background with experience as
E-Learning Developer and has been in a position in earlier employment that was highly exposed to an international business environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to understanding the storyboard or concepts and use their creative ideas to make training more appealing in terms of concepts, graphics, animations, interactivity, user interface, and contents & flow.
- Excellent skills in Articulate Storyline 360 - including Triggers, Layers, States, Variables, Timelines, and other basic and advanced functionalities of Storyline.
- Visualizations skills based on the content provided in the storyboard.
- Excellent knowledge in Vyond software.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Basic Knowledge of UI design.
- Basic knowledge of SCORM and Learning Management System.
- Good knowledge on video/audio editing.
- Basic programming knowledge will be helpful. (To crate fun quizzes using triggers/conditions in Articulate 360 software).
Profiles
- Any Graduate/Post-graduate from a reputed institute.
- 3-5 Years of experience in E-Learning developer
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Good communication skills with a knowledge on what communication channels are the most appropriate when seeking/providing assistance.
- Self-motivated, creative, and collaborative.
- Ability to learn quickly with multitasking and time management skills.
- Good decision-making skills on how to solve problems independently.
- Good knowledge on current trends of market.
