Role scope:
Setting and driving the New Leaders Pool Project including design a company In house Recruitment strategy including hiring channels, and vendor management.
Actively driving interview flow and communication with candidates.
Support hiring managers during the interview process to make sure we have the right people at the right jobs in the right time.
Representing the Company EVP and Employer branding.
Key responsibilities:
Determining the project and hiring strategy, considering local market conditions and cost per hire
Making sure that multiple channels/tools are available for sourcing of the candidates, both directly and via third party suppliers
Monitor and interpret KPI data to suggest new sourcing strategy and improvements needed, mainly the hiring leade time and cost per hire
Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and opportunities for efficiency
