Design Application Advisor

The role will coordinate the activities and developments of the IT tools related to Interfit Business, dealing with internal and external customers, providing solutions to business needs and coordinating external suppliers. Moreover, the role will be in charge of directly operate software changes where this doesn't require an external support
Job Description:
- Overall management of Interfit systems
- Gathering of user’s requirements and coordination of new developments
- Develop in house software changes where possible
- Coordination of external suppliers
Key requirements:
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in managing IT business software’s
- Experience of field service management tools
- Proven experience of dealing with international customers
- IT development competencies (C#.NET, VB.NET. ASP.NET, SQL services, familiarity with web services)
- Project management skills
- Certified application developer is a plus
- Business oriented, with experience in understanding customers' needs
- Ability to guide users through testing activities and to train them on new functionalities
- Fluent in English
Pronounced proactive approach, willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment, business oriented, attention to details, structured approach to problem solving, collaborative with all the key players involved in a project and team spirit are needed skills to complete the profile.
