Reporting to the General Manager the primary purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to maintain existing and develop new business. The KAM will be expected to manage customer relationships through the entire business cycle from sale through to cash collection. Furthermore the KAM will be expected to identify, pursue and convert profitable new business opportunities within their target segment.
The KAM will be assigned to a segment and be responsible for, a geographical territory, a selected range of customers or a specific market.
