Purpose of the position
-Oversee all on-going projects been managed by Project Engineer / Administrator
-Chair weekly progress meeting to receive inputs from relevant production department
-Manage project activities and assign as focal point of contact between Clients and Internal
departments
-Arrange Kick-Off Meeting upon Receipt of Order Confirmation from Senior/Sales Engineer as to collect and disseminate information
-Schedule and monitor project activities to provide “on-time” updates to all parties including Customers
-Prepare weekly progress report for submission
-Co-ordinate testing activity, 3rd Party attendance, etc
Key Tasks
-Support as the engineering liaison between the company, customers and contractors.
-Schedule and monitor program activity so as to provide “on-time” updates to all parties.
-Attend project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to the relevant projects.
-Prepare and Consolidates on Documents required to be submitted on each project.
-Understand each project requirement and ensure delivery time can be fulfill as per Contractural requirement.
-Follow up and report progress.
-Attend to after sales warranty, consignment, technical queries and support for customers
-Assist to compile technical documents by utlizing supplier information, cost, standards and other technical information related to quality and design for Sales engineers’ project bidding.

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Project Management
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
