Come and join our Project Management Office in Stuttgart, Germany as an IT Project Manager (m/f/d). Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget and that the project's objectives are met. As IT Project Manager you oversee the different phases of the project to ensure the desired results are achieved and the interests of the different stakeholders are satisfied.   

Scope of your role

  • Develop implementation plans and associated documentation
  • Ensure effective communication across the project team and key stakeholders according to TSS Project Management Methodology, Project Management Principles, and Best Practices
  • Efficient Usage of the provided software tools to manage the project, such as Clarity, JIRA, Share-Point, etc. to track the status and progress of projects
  • Document scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals
  • Provide effective leadership to manage and organize the members of the project team
  • Drive issues to resolution using escalation where appropriate and proactively manage changes 
  • Identify potential risks, and develop effective response plans
  • Monitoring and management of sub-contractors and external vendors, oversee ordering, accounting and billing

What defines you

  • Degree in an IT related discipline e.g. Informatics, Business and Information Technology or equivalent ideally with a focus on IT Project Management
  • Certification in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMI, etc) preferred
  • Experience in CA Clarity PPM, JIRA and other software tools for project management
  • Some understanding of ERP-systems such as Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, etc.
  • Fluent in English with other language (e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish etc.)
