As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing new and existing business throughout the Northern Europe (UK & Scandinavia) and Eastern Europe area, securing orders to effectively meeting sales and marketing objectives, ensuring the products meet market demands and customer requirements and complies with the strategic direction of the company. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Director EMSA.
Main tasks and responsibilities
As RSM you should have international sales experience with capital goods and experience of managing a sales team. You should be a consultative sales professional with a cooperative team player mentality and be able to successfully engage and collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, R&D, Legal, Manufacturing and Engineering. This role will require you to travel internationally frequently.
