ROLL OCH UPPGIFTER
Som dedikerad truckförare och lagerpersonal tillhör du avdelningen ”Lager och Utskick” som består av ca 19 medarbetare.
Du kommer att arbeta i en mindre grupp som har till sin främsta uppgift serva hela vår verksamhet med interna transporter. Du kommer också att jobba med hantering och packetering av ordrar till kund samt administrativ plockrapportering och truckkörning.
Arbetet innebär mycket kontakt med kollegor över hela fabriken och kräver att du har god samarbetsförmåga och teamkänsla.
KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har truckkort A och B och dessutom datorvana. Flytande svenska i tal och skrift är också ett krav.
Som person är du driven och strukturerad med förmåga att planera och styra ditt eget arbete. Du är en bra lagspelare, social och har god kommunikativ förmåga. Positiv, läraktig och flexibel är andra egenskaper som vi värdesätter högt.
Anställningen är en visstidsanställning på heltid med goda chanser till tillsvidareanställning. Arbetstiden är ständig kväll måndag till torsdag.

About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will take responsibility of the coordination of tasks within the export/import process in accordance with company and international trade regulations, including documentation and customs clearance.
About the Ideal Candidate
This position calls for an individual with proven 2-3 years experience in import and export operations, preferably in a similar role and has strong working knowledge of Incoterms, tariff classification, and customs procedures. Alongside this working knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance requirements must be demonstrable.
Communication is a key part of this role as you will be interactive with a range of external and internal stakeholders. Therefore we are looking for someone who has the ability to communicate professionally with confidence and concisely. To ensure that you are effective in this role, you must able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. If you can also demonstrate your ability to resolve problems to a commercially successful outcome, then you could be an ideal candidate.
Finally, we are looking for a someone who will contribute towards our way of doing business; but will come up with innovative solutions and understands the meaningful role they play in the overall success of the company.

Responsible for supporting regional sales engineers/managers with the full range of Trelleborg Marine Systems products. Your role within the Materials team will be focused on providing a service for the evaluation, analysis, and development for the constituent properties of adhesives, coatings, paints and solutions used in production, compounds, and manufactured items.

The Application Engineer (AE) is responsible for providing technical advice and support to the sales and customer teams in order to develop, sell and successfully implement Trelleborg product, capabilities or service solutions that will meet the customer’s needs. The AE will analyze the customers technical needs, incorporate the commercial needs, in order to develop proposals, with the support of Trelleborg factory and engineering support groups, outlining how the organization’s products and services can meet these needs and be integrated and implemented with the customers new and existing systems and equipment.

The Customer Support Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for providing and achieving outstanding customer service and total satisfaction to existing and prospective customers while building positive customer relationships to help enable development of new business opportunities. The CSC is the foundation for customer support providing a source for initial contact for customers. The CSC is responsible for customer order and quote management to include contract review, price analysis, delivery performance, and general reporting. This position at times may need to source and purchase product from internal and 3rd party suppliers.
The CSC works with Logistic and Manufacturing facilities as well as supports Sales Engineers(SE), Application Engineers(AE), Customers Support Account Leads (CSAL), and Management to achieve their goals and KPIs. As a result of the large team, they often have multiple tasks competing for their time requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. In some situations, the CSA may handle accounts within a team or solo. As a result, they may be required to perform additional duties as needed to support accounts.
The ideal candidate should be local to Montreal and will be needed onsite. They must be fluent in both French and English.

The SE is responsible for building relationships across all levels within existing customers and prospective target accounts to generate new business opportunities.

The Application Engineer (AE) is responsible for providing technical advice and support to the sales and customer teams in order to develop, sell and successfully implement Trelleborg product, capabilities or service solutions that will meet the customer’s needs.
The AE will analyze the customers technical needs, incorporate the commercial needs, in order to develop proposals, with the support of Trelleborg factory and engineering support groups, outlining how the organization’s products and services can meet these needs and be integrated and implemented with the customers new and existing systems and equipment.
